We are pleased to announce that the fifth anniversary edition of the UK Space Weather and Space Environment Meeting (UKSWSE V) will return to Cardiff, Wales, UK, where the series first began. To mark this mini-milestone event, we are delighted to welcome the COSPAR International Space Weather Action Teams (ISWAT) Initiative and the Royal Meteorological Society (RMetS) as joint partners for the first time.
This joint 2027 UKSWSE V – COSPAR ISWAT – RMetS meeting will take place 18-24 September 2027 at the magnificent Principality Stadium, the home of Welsh Rugby! As well as an exciting, jam-packed programme bringing together all three flavours of meetings to the sessions, we are also looking at adding something extra to the social activities to celebrate this mini milestone of five years and the combination of the three meetings into a single week-long event.
Information will continue to be populated at the website, with initial milestones, deadlines, and early venue information already populated so everyone can mark their calendars accordingly.
